Orchard Village

Orchard Village phase 4, Rainham – Comprising of four new residential blocks, the fourth phase of this regeneration project provides 130 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. Using volumetric off-site technology with pre-fabricated living units, they are then delivered to site fully fitted out with kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes.
